It’s leg day.
Welcome to this week’s Workout Wednesday video! These exercises mainly target the glutes and hamstrings. This workout is designed to be “heavy,” meaning you’ll use enough weight to really challenge you.
Station 1: Glute Activation
5 monster walks with band forward and backward
5 monster walks sideways, each leg
4x through
Station 2: Squats
4 pause squats
4 regular barbell back squats
4x through
Station 3: Hamstrings
10 straight-leg deadlifts
10 barbell hip thrusters
4x through
