Learn the art of sourdough with Matthew and Anna Claire Stinson from Stinson Breads! In this workshop, the Stinsons will guide you through each step of making sourdough bread. You will be given a glass jar, spatula, and some of their sourdough starter and will learn how to feed and maintain your very own yeast culture. After learning about the process, you will see a demo of scoring house sourdough and will prepare a dray of focaccia as a group. After both are baked in the on-site oven, you will enjoy two types of warm bread! All materials will be provided.
Attendees will receive a recipe, access to process videos to reference for future baking endeavors, and a loaf of house sourdough to take home.
