Only have five minutes? Perfect, just enough time for one of these sweat-worthy workouts!


I know the struggle … you want to get a quality workout in, but you can’t seem to find the time between school work, involvement meetings, and the demands of your social life.

We have created five different workouts that only take five minutes each. Squeeze in these workouts before class, during your lunch break or right before bed.  If you’re thinking you don’t have five minutes to exercise, then think again!

Follow the steps below to complete ten reps of each move, and then repeat. Each workout takes five minutes, but if you’re up for the challenge, combine all five for a full 25-minute sweat-sesh.
