Brunch Bistro: Corner Office
Have you heard?
The owners of Auburn fan-favorite restaurants The Hound and The Depot now have an on-campus brunch spot. With both breakfast and lunch options on the menu, you are sure to find something that suits your fancy.
As a senior, I thought I had frequented a majority of the restaurants in Auburn, so I was more than excited to try somewhere new. Located conveniently past the nursing building in the Research Park, Corner Office offers a variety of food. From pastries and gravy biscuits to Caesar salads and fried green tomato sandwiches, there is something to satisfy whatever you may be craving.
The inside is modern and clean, with booths, tables, and a lounge area. There is also a covered patio in the front where you can enjoy your meal on a sunny day.
The staff was so friendly and helped recommend what we should try as first-timers.
Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but my friend and I both opted for the Goddess sandwich: Smoked turkey, smoked bacon, provolone, avocado, lettuce, onion, & green goddess dressing on a baguette. The baguette was perfectly toasted, the turkey had a great smoky flavor, and the side salad tasted super fresh!
I look forward to trying more of their menu items, as well as their coffee. I hope you give this new lunch location a try!
Corner Office is located at 540 Devall Dr, Auburn, AL, 36832. They are open on weekdays from 7:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. and students can use money from their Tiger Club Account as a form of payment!
Happy brunching, and…
Be Well, Auburn.
