The first course features lobster bisque with roasted garlic agnolotti, duck fat croutons, and lemon basil oil. The entree is a Surf & Turf with filet mignon, Maine lobster, caramelized leeks, truffle whipped potatoes, and sauce mousseline. Don't forget to save room for dessert.
