People always complain about the texture, but what if I told you that’s something you could change? It’s all about your preparation. My go-to method is to press it, freeze it, and then press it again as it’s thawing. It’ll create a firm texture and remove the sponge-like appearance. The prep work may sound extra, but as long as you do it the day before, you’re golden.
