Why You Should Attend an Auburn Baseball Game

Competitive Games
Auburn Baseball has gotten off to a hot start since the beginning of the season! They went 3-0 in a tournament in Arlington, Texas, beating Ohio State 13-0, #8 Oregon State, 8-7, and Baylor, 7-4. Auburn baseball is coming off a rough year last year, but with a new pitching coach and new players, the team looks to continue to climb in the rankings.
Hang Out with Friends!
It is hard to beat when you are with all your friends at Plainsman Park and eating some good ballpark food. Watching baseball games is a great place to catch up with friends and get to relax in the seats or by the outfield wall in the grass.
Variety of Seating Options
Auburn did a great job with the renovations that allow students and fans to sit in multiple different places. If you get to the stadium at a good time, you can sit in the student section in the designated area. However, if you are later, you can go to the Tiger Terrance by the left field line or go to the Back 40 deck out behind the Right Center Wall. This section is open to all fans and is a great spot to root for the Tigers!
Food and Drinks
Plainsman Park has some really good concessions around the park for all fans. Chick-fil-A, Ben’s Pretzels, and Bodda Getta Brews are all named locations where you can indulge in a drink or food. There are also pop-up concessions all around the park for your hotdogs, popcorn, and more!
Themes and Giveaways
Auburn regularly has theme nights like Bark in the Park, where everyone can bring their dogs. They also have giveaways for most home games, where the first students to arrive receive merch or prizes upon entry. This year, Auburn will be giving away golf towels, tumblers, movie posters, t-shirts, and more.
Next time you are debating whether to go to an Auburn baseball game–just go! Cheer on the Tigers while enjoying the game, the atmosphere, and the memories you’ll make!
