The Kansas City Chiefs have won the Super Bowl the past two years and could be the first team to ever win three Super Bowls in a row. Eight teams have won back-to-backs, yet none have captured the third one. The quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, was drafted in 2017 where he has led his team to 3 Super Bowls victories (2020, 2023, 2024) and looks to add to his resume this year. The Super Bowl will be hosted in New Orleans, Louisiana at Caesars Superdome on February 9th, 2025.

  • The average cost of Super Bowl tickets the last 5 years has been $6,680. The 2024 Super Bowl was hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada and the economic impact on the area was a 1.1 billion increase.

  • The Super Bowl is one of the highest viewed events of the year with over 100 million people tuning in annually. The most watched Super Bowl came in 2015 when the New England Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks.

  • A 30-second-long commercial costs around 7 million dollars. Most companies put millions of dollars into the production of these commercials and use them to debut tons of new products and strategies.

Tom Brady is the leader in passing yards with 3,309 in ten games played. He averages 303.9 yards per game. Jerry Rice is the leader in receiving yards with 589 yards in 4 games. Rice averages 147.3 yards per game. The New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers have the most Super Bowls with 6 each. Tom Brady has more Super Bowls than any franchise does. He has won 7 Super Bowls, 6 with the New England Patriots and 1 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Andrew was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but spent most of his childhood growing up in Spanish Fort, Alabama. For most of his life, he was a huge Georgia fan until coming to Auburn. It didn’t take long for Andrew to fall in love with the campus and become a lifelong Auburn fan.

Andrew is a Sophomore studying accounting at the Harbert College of Business. He hopes to get his masters in accounting and a minor in finance. Outside of class, he likes to play basketball, spend time with his friends, and cheer on his favorite sports teams.

After Auburn, Andrew hopes to pursue accounting with a firm and eventually have season tickets with the Atlanta Braves or with Auburn football.
